How it works
Simple, transparent, and built around you
You provide the alcohol
You buy the alcohol yourself, at retail — no markup and no per-drink pricing — and you keep whatever's left over at the end of the night.
We build your shopping list
Tell us your event and guest count and we'll put together a shopping list, so you buy the right amounts of the right things. No guesswork.
We handle everything else
The bar, tools, ice, mixers, garnishes, Tossware, and our professional bartending staff — plus full setup and breakdown. You just enjoy your event.
Our Packages
Choose the perfect package for your event

Why Brookie's Bar
Transparent dry-hire
You buy the alcohol at retail with no markup and keep what's left. We build the shopping list so nothing is over- or under-bought.
Full-service setup
Bar, tools, ice, mixers, garnishes, Tossware and professional staff — plus setup and breakdown. Tossware is shatterproof, so there's no broken glass by the pool. You bring the spirits; we bring the rest.
Desert-based & personal
Based in the heart of the Coachella Valley, we tailor every package to your vision and treat your guests like family.
Bars for every occasion
Weddings, bachelorette parties, private parties and corporate events
