Brookie's Bar brings a full mobile bar to private celebrations across the Coachella Valley — milestone birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and the backyard and poolside parties the desert is made for. We set up at your home or venue and look after your guests, so you get to be one of them.
Because we're a dry-hire bar service, the drinks are yours: you buy the alcohol at retail, and we bring the bar, the bartenders and everything else.

Who provides the alcohol?
You do. Brookie's is a dry-hire mobile bar: you buy the alcohol at retail, with no markup and no per-drink pricing, and keep whatever's left over. We build the shopping list so you buy the right amounts, and we bring everything else.
Can you set up in a backyard or by the pool?
Yes. We're fully mobile and set up at homes, backyards, poolside and private venues across the Coachella Valley.
Are your bartenders certified and insured?
Yes. Our bartenders are RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certified, and Brookie's Bar carries general liability insurance — a certificate of insurance is available for your venue on request.
Can you make custom cocktails for my party?
Yes. We build a cocktail menu with you, including signature drinks crafted from the spirits you provide, on our Premium and Deluxe packages.
How many guests can you serve?
Our packages scale up to 100 guests. Tell us your guest count and we'll recommend the right package.
