Every wedding is different, so we tailor the package to your day. Bookings can include:

- Pre-event consultation, and a tasting with our Deluxe package

How it works
Dry-hire bar service, built around your day
You provide the alcohol
You buy the alcohol yourself, at retail — no markup and no per-drink pricing — and you keep whatever's left over.
We build your shopping list
Based on your guest count and cocktail menu, we tell you exactly what to buy, so nothing runs dry and nothing is wasted.
We handle everything else
Bar, tools, ice, mixers, garnishes, glassware and professional staff — plus full setup and breakdown.
From first call to last toast
Consultation
We talk through your day — guest count, timeline, the drinks you want, and how the bar fits your venue.
Tasting & menu
We design your cocktail menu together. With our Deluxe package, that includes a tasting so you sign off on your signature drinks before the day.
Day-of service
We arrive early, set up the bar, and run service from welcome drinks through the reception — then break down and clear out.
Signature cocktails, made yours
A his-and-hers pair, a family recipe, or a drink that captures the two of you — we design and mix custom signature cocktails from the spirits you provide, and build the rest of the menu around them. It's the detail guests remember.

Who provides the alcohol?
You do. Brookie's is a dry-hire bar service: you buy the alcohol at retail — no markup, no per-drink pricing — and keep what's left over. We build the shopping list so you buy the right amounts, and we bring everything else.
Are you insured?
Yes. Brookie's Bar carries general liability insurance, and we can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue on request.
Are your bartenders certified?
Yes. Our bartenders are RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certified.
Can you create custom signature cocktails?
Yes. We build a custom cocktail menu with you, including signature drinks crafted from the spirits you provide.
How many guests can you serve?
Our packages scale up to 100 guests. Tell us your guest count and we'll recommend the right package.
